Established in 1946, AA JEWEL BOX is a family owned and operated jewelry store located in Enderle Center in the city of Tustin, California. From its humble beginnings as a “mom and pop” business in downtown Santa Ana, AA JEWEL BOX has had the pleasure and privilege of serving four generations of Clients through the years.
Owner, Allan Uyesugi, the son of the late Mas Uyesugi, founder of the store, is a graduate gemologist of The Gemological Institute of America, and in fact, was once their youngest instructor. He utilizes his knowledge and teaching skills to educate Clients about diamonds, gemstones and custom jewelry design. Allan’s wife, Georgine, is the resident jewelry designer and window dresser extraordinaire. Utilizing her extensive background in fine arts, she has been creating truly unique “one of a kind” works of wearable art. Whether redesigning an existing piece, or creating something completely new, Georgine can help bring that design to life. Rounding out the AA JEWEL BOX staff, Lisa, the friendly face that greets you at the counter, is the resident pearl specialist, and Denise, the office manager, keeps everything running smoothly.
